Terms of service
These terms cover your use of Word of Agent: the website at wordofagent.app, the app at app.wordofagent.app, its API, MCP server and command-line tool. By using them you agree to these terms.
What Word of Agent does
Word of Agent measures whether search engines and AI assistants can find, read and recommend a website, says what to change, and checks whether changes worked. It reports what it measured; it does not promise rankings, mentions or recommendations, which other companies' systems decide.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in email and any API tokens to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account and tokens.
- Add to your account only sites you are allowed to manage. We may ask you to prove control of a site.
- You may audit any public website, within the limits the app shows. Do not use Word of Agent to overload, attack or test the security of sites you do not control.
Your assistant and your actions
Word of Agent works with the AI assistant you choose. You are responsible for what your assistant does with what we provide, including changes to your site and anything sent in your name. Outreach drafts are sent only after you approve them, and you are responsible for checking that what is sent is true and allowed where it goes. Do not use Word of Agent to write fake reviews, buy links or mislead anyone.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you send us (site profiles, pasted answers, drafts). You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Plans and payment
The audit is free. Paid plans, when they open, are billed per site, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribe. When a subscription ends, the site returns to the free plan and its history stays readable. We will give notice before changing the price of a plan you are on.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Word of Agent available and accurate, but provide it as it is, without guarantees. We may change or stop features, and will give notice of changes that affect paid plans.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost traffic, sales or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using Word of Agent and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why.
